​Organizations with 5–30 employees that don’t need (or can’t yet afford) a full-time HR person but want senior-level guidance on people decisions, risk, and compliance. Also ideal for executive directors and founders who want a thought partner on organizational strategy and employee management.

Pricing Option

Retainers start at $950 per month with a three-month minimum commitment. Custom scopes are available for organizations with additional needs.
